How to play
- Add names under Players. Names carry over to the other tools.
- Write prizes, forfeits or numbers in Results, or fill them with the "1 winner" or "Order 1 to N" buttons.
- Tap a name to trace that player's path. Show all results sends everyone down at once.
- Tap New ladder to play again.
What is the ladder game?
It's a lottery game popular in Korea and Japan, where it's called Amidakuji (in China, "ghost leg"). Each player starts at the top of a vertical line and follows it down. Whenever a horizontal rung appears, you must cross it. Everyone ends up at a different result, so it's a fair way to match people to prizes or turns.
No peeking
Before you start, the ladder is covered, and your results are placed at the bottom in a new random order every game. Nobody can guess the outcome from the ladder shape or the order the results were typed.

Turn off "Hide the ladder and results" under Results and everything is visible from the start.
